After graduating from ESSEC Business School in Management, Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010, Pierre Maillard joined the Hellio Group the same year. He took charge of French market development in 2014, then international market development. He held this position until 2019, when he became CEO of the group. 
In 2021, Pierre Maillard took over as Chairman of Hellio, where he is driving a strategy to diversify the group's activities, which has become a leading provider of energy management solutions for all sectors. 

A graduate of the Sorbonne University of Arts, Claire Gagnaire began her career in the travel industry and worked for several companies (Amadeus, CWT, Sabre Travel Network) in France and internationally until 2013.
She then joined the Hellio Group as Director of External Relations and later as Secretary General. In addition to her professional activities, she is a member of the management teams of several associations and companies: Vice-President of the Stop à l'Exclusion Energétique association, founding member of the Marco Polo think tank, independent director and chair of the CSR committee of the Pierre et Vacances Centres Parcs group, and Vice-President of the Pierre et Vacances Centres Parcs group's foundation and fund.
On a daily basis, Claire Gagnaire promotes the values of ecological commitment and social and environmental responsibility both within and outside the Hellio group. 

Augustin Bouet-Mouttet, a graduate of Centrale Nantes with a Master's degree in architectural engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, began his career at the office of the Minister for the Environment as a project manager and then technical advisor.
An engineer-architect specialising in civil engineering, project management and sustainable development, he joined Hellio in 2017 to support the development of the B2B customer business. Promoted to Key Account Director in 2019 and then Director of Akéa Énergies in 2020, he became Vice-President of Hellio in 2024, responsible for the public sector and businesses division, coordinating technical and financial solutions for the public, agricultural, industrial, tertiary and transport sectors.

After graduating with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University (2015), Tanguy Dupont went on to work in various roles in the banking sector (Caceis Hong Kong, Crédit Agricole) and in the food and beverage industry (Monin, Shanghai).
He joined the Hellio Group in 2017 with the aim of developing offers and partnerships with players in the collective residential sector in France. In 2019, he took over as head of the ‘Collective Housing’ division with the aim of diversifying the offers aimed at companies specialising in collective residential construction, continuing the work begun with co-ownerships and developing an offer for social landlords. Five years later, he broadened his scope by taking over the management of individual housing and subsequently became Vice-President of Hellio, in charge of the Housing division. 
Alongside his responsibilities at Hellio, he co-founded the Afast association (Accompagnement Financier, Administratif Social et Technique) with other stakeholders, which aims to represent the interests of project management assistants (AMO), who play a key role in energy renovation projects in co-owned properties. 

A lawyer by training with a Master's degree in Contract and Business Law, Sandrine Deherre began her career in an accounting and auditing firm. She carried out a variety of assignments covering the fields of contract law, business law, labour law, taxation and human resources. Sandrine Deherre then specialised in Energy Saving Certificate (ESC) regulations and joined the group in 2019. Now Legal Director, she oversees all of the Hellio Group's activities.

After studying management and finance at McGill University (Montreal) and ESSEC Business School (Cergy), Jawad Hamdouch gained experience in several large companies and investment banks.
He joined Hellio in 2014 to work on the Energy Saving Certificates scheme and, more broadly, on issues related to energy management. He now has in-depth expertise in the regulation and analysis of energy efficiency markets.

With a Bachelor's degree in Public Law, a Master's degree in Communication and a University Diploma in Public Affairs, Pierre-Marie Perrin began his career in communications with an advertiser, after gaining initial professional experience at Danone, then in an agency, as a project manager at Babel.
In June 2014, he joined the Blanc-Mesnil Town Hall in Seine-Saint-Denis (93) as Chief of Staff to the Mayor. He joined the Hopscotch Décideurs agency in 2019 as Consulting Director, where he was tasked with increasing the agency's expertise in public affairs.
In September 2022, he joined the Hellio Group as Director of Public Affairs and member of the Executive Committee. In March 2025, he was appointed Director of Public Affairs, Communication and Territorial Development in order to pursue the group's ambitious development and visibility objectives.
